hi hi all! I’m trying to incorporate journaling more into my life and I was trying to find great journal prompts to get me started. After some research I wanted to share some of my favorites with you all to get you started. Because let’s face it, some of these can totally be lame.
I usually throw on my favorite playlist, grab my journal, my water and get to it. I like to make sure I’m comfortable and don’t have any distractions.
NON NEGOTIABLES (everyday list.)

-3 Affirmations (present tense. ex: I am running a 6 figure business”)
-Let go of list

What am I tolerating that I don’t want to?

Make a memory log with your favorite person
