3 ways to step up your self care

hi hi all! I’m not sure if you all know what season it is but it’s self care season. We are out here taking care of our mental, physical and emotional. But today I want to focus on the fun things like my favorite products and routines for self care. I want to share 3 ways to step up your self care and take it to the next level.

Take your time! Self care should be relaxing and not rushed. I love putting my phone on dnd and really taking time to enjoy my routine. I give it a good hour to get a good shower, skincare and hair routine in.

Get the lighting right. If there is one thing I cannot stand it’s bright lights in my face. I rarely have my overhead lights on so I love using something like a sunset lamp to get the mood right to relax.

Invest in those good products. I am a total supporter of buying that overpriced body lotion that smells amazing because we should be looking FORWARD to our self care.

Hello hello and welcome to my world. What does the world of Keri Hill contain? It’s one with a lot of McDonalds nuggets, luxury shopping and my French bulldog, Luna.
