Hello hello. I’m so excited to share with you all my go-to spots that I get all my beauty treatments in the city. I feel like I’ve been to so many places in the years I’ve been here and I’ve finally found the ones worth checking out. And as always, we are gonna keep it short and sweet.
Nails: Ezza Nails, The Loop
I have a post all about Ezza here. But the atmosphere is amazing and they are all about women empowerment (uhm hi, sign me up!) As far as nails? They kill it. Clean. Professional. And their hours are kick ass (appointments as late as 830pm).
Botox: Chicago breast & beauty
See Carole. I cannot say enough good things. She makes me feel SO comfortable every single time and will never overdue it or make you look crazy. Tell her I sent you and always look out for specials (example: dysport can go on sale for as low as $4/unit) . I’ll have a post on my botox experience soon because I get a decent amount of questions about it
Blowouts: Drybar, Lincoln Park
It’s crucial that you go to this location and see my girl Gigi. She’s been doing my hair for 2+ years and she’s the only one I trust with my blowouts. She makes sure my hair is shiny and keeps it healthy. I mean, look at the photo.
Lash Extensions: Lashes by Christina
So my girl, Christina works here and first of all, her place is super super cute. She makes me feel like I’m at home and my lashes last for a lonnng time when I see her. If you haven’t tried lash extensions, I suggest you try them. She gives me exactly what I want and is so super sweet. Check out her instagram.
Facial treatments: Mudbum, West Loop
I’ve been going here every single week for the past few months. I actually have a subscription so I get unlimited facials every week (which I totally recommend) and I make sure I get my money’s worth. The facials are gentle enough that I can go every week and the add on’s are amazing. Ask for Regis and tell him I sent you!
Waxing & Threading: ThreadAway, West Loop
obsessed with this location. I previously went to the River north location (so expensive, ie $18 for an eyebrow thread) but have totally switched to this location. They are bigger, everyone is so sweet & they do an amazing job. Annnnd the facial massage they give you after makes it so worth it.
++tip: thread your eyebrows instead of waxing. Waxing is harsh and can affect your elasticity in your brows!
So those are my favorite spots. I think it’s really important to take care of yourself and make sure you give yourself time to relax. Self care is everything and I always put it first. Finding great places obviously makes such a difference so I felt like I found a gold mine when I came across these spots.
xx.

Hello hello and welcome to my world. What does the world of Keri Hill contain? It’s one with a lot of McDonalds nuggets, luxury shopping and my French bulldog, Luna. It’s a world where I share with you my favorite healthy snacks in a post but then an hour later you see me eating pasta and french fries on my snapchat (it’s all about balance.) It’s a world where I post a few times a week about lifestyle, home decor, fitness and beauty. It’s a world that I hope you’ll be a part of and look forward to escaping yours to come to.
