hi hi everyone! I hope you’re all gearing up for the weekend. This weekend I am trying to get as much work done as possible and live out of my desk chair and couch while binging Shitts Creek. If you haven’t seen it, you need to get on board. It’s on Netflix and season 5 just came out.
I thought I would show you all my little desk area. I love seeing what kind of other things people have on their desks. I don’t know if I’m looking for inspiration or just nosy. I live in a convertible so I don’t have a designated desk area but I decided to try to make this area as office-y as possible.
So I got this small lack desk from ikea and put it in front of my ac unit? I don’t know what it’s called. But I’m trying to make it cute by adding stickers and cute things up with magnets. It’s pretty sad looking right now but I’m hoping I can spice it up.
Obviously, my computer is the main focus. I got this in college from my dad (thanks dad!) and have been obsessed with it. It’s chic, big and I feel like a pro when I use it. And we can’t forget about my super cute notebook.
Next, we have my Google Home. I use this thing all the dang time and decided to put it here so I can listen to music, set timers when I’m time blocking (I’ll write a post on it soon) or listen to a podcast (post also coming soon.)
Inside my desk is pretty self explanatory. I just keep my portable charger in here, office supplies, post-it’s (that i’m weirdly obsessed with) and other electronic type things. It’s just easy to have everything in one spot and no. It doesn’t always stay this clean.
Are we shocked that I have an acrylic chair? I mean acrylic anything is a YES from me. This one is from Joss & Main and I’m obsessed. Of course I draped a blanket over it because I am always cold and a pillow to support my lower back. Cute and functional.
This white lacquer tray is the cutest, most unnecessary thing but I love it. I keep things I would want to keep on my desk but just make it seem cluttered.
So there it is. My teeny tiny office. I actually really like that little area and wanted to share.
